Builder's Work

Builders' work drawings must be sufficiently precise for the main Contractor to form and trim each building opening required for the installation of the electrical services. Builders' work drawings must first receive formal comments from the Design Team members, as mentioned above, before being released to the Principal Contractor. The Electrical Contractor shall prepare, in line with the agreed Building schedule, the total Builders' Work Drawings related to the installation of the services as stated on the Consulting Engineers Drawings. Construction drawings The position and extent of all foundations, bases, openings, timber frames, and other Builder Staplegrove Work, as well as the capacities and dimensions of all electrical and water supply points, the technique of terminating such materials and the position of the connection points, the rank and sizes for all water drainage connections, as well as any additional work to be provided by others for the Works as described in these Specifications, must all be shown on the Builder's Work Drawings—engineers' Sketches Consulting.

 

Give the main Contractor and the supervising officer with Builder's Work Drawings, as described in more detail below, to show the contract and subcontract requirements in this regard. In addition, builder's Work Drawings must, to the greatest extent possible, show the position and size of all foundations, bases, openings, Loft Conversions Staplegrove, and other Builder's Work, as well as the capacities and dimensions of all electrical and water supply points, the method of terminating such goods and the location of the connection points, the position and size of all water drainage connections, and any other work that must be done by third parties for the Works as described in these Specifications.
